What is JordanWorks?
JordanWorks is a coworking space with on-site childcare, designed specifically for parents. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona — right next to Jordan’s Corner — it offers a flexible, supportive environment where parents can work or recharge while their children engage in enriching, play-based learning just steps away.

What age range do you serve?
We welcome children from 7 months to 7 years old. Our environment is designed to support both early childhood and early elementary development.

What are your hours?
JordanWorks is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Booking & Scheduling

How do you book?
All bookings are made through the Optix app, our user-friendly scheduling platform. Just download the app, choose your time, and reserve your spot — all in a few taps. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability and proper staffing.
Same-day bookings are also possible, but please note that availability is not guaranteed. We always strive to accommodate you, so feel free to reach out by phone or text to inquire about same-day availability.

Are there set times or fixed schedules or time limits when I visit?
No, not at all! We offer flexibility to fit your needs — there are no fixed schedules or time limits. You can come and go as you please during our operating hours and book according to your own preferences.

How far in advance can I book my spot?

You can book your spot at JordanWorks up to 7 days in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred times and ensure that we have the appropriate staffing for your child.

Can two parents come?
Yes, as long as there is space! We welcome both parents to join in the experience and share the benefits of our coworking space. Be sure to book ahead to ensure availability.

Facilities & Amenities

What coworking spaces are available?
We offer a range of thoughtfully designed workspaces to suit your style:

  • Lounge 1: Desks, tables, and couches for flexible work.

  • Lounge 2: Table and bench seating for collaborative or casual work.

  • Lounge 3: Quiet cubicles for individual, focused tasks.

  • Community Kitchen: A relaxed area with seating, snacks, and coffee — perfect for casual breaks.

  • 2 Private Offices: For focused work, meetings, or phone calls.

  • Privacy Pod (Coming Soon): Located in the play space for private calls, breastfeeding, or check-ins while staying close to your child.

What’s included for parents?
Parents enjoy access to all coworking amenities plus complimentary snacks and drinks in our community kitchen, including organic, dye-free, seed oil-free snacks for kids and fresh coffee for adults.

Childcare & Caregiver Support

What care is provided for children?
Children benefit from a low 5:1 child-to-caregiver ratio and participate in all enrichment activities happening at Jordan’s Corner, such as music, sensory play, art, STEM, and special events.

Do you help with naps?
Yes, we provide a calm and supportive nap environment. Since parents are on-site, we may occasionally ask for assistance if your child has difficulty settling — but only if absolutely necessary.

Do you change diapers?
Yes, we’re happy to help with diaper changes as long as you bring what your child needs (diapers, wipes, etc.). Some parents choose to handle diapering themselves while on-site, and that’s totally fine too.

Can I check on my child during the day?
Absolutely! You’re always just steps away. Feel free to breastfeed, share a hug, or check in at any time. We welcome your involvement.

Membership & Policies

Do you offer flexible plans?
Yes! We have day passes and membership options to meet your needs — whether you’re here occasionally or regularly.

What is the membership cancellation policy?
All memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable as staffing and space have already been arranged for your child.
