At JordanWorks, we rely on Optix to manage all scheduling and staffing. When you book through Optix, our team is scheduled based on your reservation to ensure we provide consistent, high-quality childcare.

Cancellations made directly through Optix more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as our staff has already been scheduled and your child's spot has been held.
Please make any changes to your bookings through Optix as early as possible to avoid charges and to help us serve all families fairly.
