How It Works:​

  • Booking Policy Reminder

  • All plans require reservations at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee childcare. After that point, the Optix system will automatically prevent bookings for the following day to ensure proper staffing and preparation.

  • For same-day bookings, feel free to call or text — we may have availability, but it’s not guaranteed.

  • Book early to secure your preferred time and space.

  • Parents can reserve up to 7 days in advance.

1. Download the Optix App

To access everything JordanWorks offers, you’ll need the Optix app on your phone.

2. Search for "JordanWorks"

  • Open the Optix app

  • When asked, search for “JordanWorks”

  • Tap our name to get started

3. Sign Up and Join the Community

  • Create your account with your name and email

  • We’ll approve your request (if needed), and you’re in!

  • Once approved, you can:

    • Book desks and meeting rooms

    • Buy passes

    • Manage your profile, billing, and more
